Baptist College Of Leadership: Baptist College of Leadership was established in 2005 through the partnership of Sumulong Baptist Church, Antipolo, Rizal, Philippines, and Faith Baptist Church, Novaliches, Quezon City, Philippines, under the leadership of BBFI missionaries Lance Gotcher and Gary Phillips. From those two campuses, the school has grown to five campuses in the Philippines and Cambodia with two additional campuses planned for the 2019-2020 school year. The goal of the school has always been to train Christian leaders for ministries within the church as well as prepare vocational ministers in the areas of Sunday school, youth ministry, church planting and foreign missions. Our graduates are serving on other islands in the Philippines, in Cambodia and one of our graduates was commissioned as a missionary to Romania this year. Many of our graduates are serving full-time in churches and are pastoring and planting churches. The ministry of schools like BCL is vital to the continuation of the spreading of the Gospel around the world and training the next generation in the Philippines to take up this task.
